Our supposedly non-smoking room reeked of smoke, and we were told there were no other rooms available. We were offered no compensation until we insisted, upon which we received a very small discount for the overpriced room for our one night stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast was good and kept well stocked. The hotel location right off the interstate was helpful for us traveling. I would not characterize this as a 3 star hotel, however. More like 2 or 2.5 perhaps. It was ok but not great, and the completely smoke saturated room ruined our stay for a family of non-smokers.

The staff members were very cordial and helpful.
The staff members were very cordial and helpful. The location was conveniently just off the interstate and close to good restaurants and gas stations. The hotel appeared to be new or recently completely renovated. One reason we booked here was the indoor pool, but it was non-functioning when we arrived. There were multiple signs in stating face masks were to be worn in public areas, but no one, including the staff were wearing them. I assume the signs were to be removed, but initially were confusing when first entering the property.
The room was very comfortable as were the queen beds. The room was decorated nicely, but there were no cups for use either in the bathroom or for the coffee maker. The filter for the coffee maker had been removed from the plastic wrapper and was lying on the cabinet and there was no plastic liner for the ice bucket. The breakfast was typical hotel-free fare. The service was comparable to competitor hotels in the area, but the charge was higher than competitors. Check out time was conveniently one hour later (noon) than most other hotels.

Never would I stay there again.
Never would I stay there again.
Don’t stay unless you want to sleep with bedbugs or cockroaches 🪳, who freely roam the room. I made complaints and the owner sprayed bug spray and offered a discount that I never received. I requested a full refund after sleeping in my car with my kids and still have not received a response. My kids slept in the car..how safe is that? Terrible stay. The hotel advertises being the cleanliness in town and I beg to differ!!! N

I read all the reviews before choosing this hotel.
I read all the reviews before choosing this hotel. It is NOT “ Excellent”. The property is out-dated. It is not fresh. Best Western “Plus” has neglected this Location. The Hotel Staff were excellent. But I would not recommend this property. Or stay at a Best Western again.
After visiting Savannah and on our way down to Orlando, we spent the night at the Red Roof Inn, because it was way cheaper than the hotels in Savannah and it was also conveniently located right next to I-95. It's not in a pretty area, but it's convenient to have plenty of restaurants nearby for a quick meal. The room was adequate and met our expectations.
The customer service rep was friendly and professional. The room was very clean. Especially liked the laminate floors instead of carpet. The perfect place to stay off interstate 95 in Richmond Hill. Will stay again when coming this way for sure.
The breakfast was okay. Some hotels have more choices for breakfast but I think that COVID has really stopped a lot of that. The hotel was overall very clean and the interaction we had with staff was pleasant and helpful.
Pet friendly. Easy on/off. Both times we stayed in this hotel we did take-away dinners from Flacos, the restaurant attached to the hotel, and ate in our room. It's a bit of a dive, but their pork tacos are excellent.
How clean everything was. Also the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Attention to detail like the Nutella option and the waffle maker! No place offers Nutella! My kids were so excited!
